Course on "Responsible Influence" at Los Tilos School
On March 4, 11 and 18, iCmedia has given its series of conferences "Responsible Influence" for the 6th grade students of Los Tilos school.
During the first session "Responsible Influencers", the students identifiedthe social networks available to them and the use they can make of them, learned how to configure them safely and reflected on the influence of their publications and comments. Through dialogue they came to the conclusion that just as inthe offline world, in the online world there are rules of behavior that improve digital coexistence.
In the session "Taking care of my privacy in social networks" the students were aware that every action they perform on the Internet leaves a digital footprint and that some of these actions can put their privacy at risk, they recognized these risks, how to avoid them and learned how to exercise their right to be forgotten.
The cycle of conferences ended with the session "RRSS and Disinformation" during which they talked about the risks of being informed on the networks, became familiar with the term disinformation, learned how to identify it and how to act in the face of it.
iCmedia, in keeping with its commitment to promote Media Literacy, offers this and other courses to children, families and teachers.
